psychological, mental health and
behavioural difficulties.

We help and coach our young
people to manage their Daily
household tasks independently.

We promote social inclusion by
helping our young people to
access local amenities eg
swimming, bowling, Cinema,
trampoline, and going for country
walks including parks.

Our holistic and individualised care plans are centred
on multidisciplinary approach.

We work closely with our young people’s family,
Social Workers, Social services and Multidisciplinary
teams including General practitioners, Dentists etc

We also facilitate holidays trips of
various kinds to various places at
different times in the year.

with their educational and
vocational needs.
