OUR SERVICESWe have a team which is trained, skilled, dedicated and experienced in provision of specialised care to meet the individual needs of our young people.
1To Empower our young people to be independent with activities of daily living.
2We provide holistic care that meets their social, Emotional, psychological, mental health and behavioural difficulties.
3We help and coach our young people to manage their Daily household tasks independently.
4We promote social inclusion by helping our young people to access local amenities eg swimming, bowling, Cinema, trampoline, and going for country walks including parks.
5Our holistic and individualised care plans are centred on multidisciplinary approach.
6We work closely with our young people’s family, Social Workers, Social services and Multidisciplinary teams including General practitioners, Dentists etc
9We also facilitate holidays trips of various kinds to various places at different times in the year.
8We support our young people with their educational and vocational needs.
We are Ofsted registered.Support YP to achieve their potential - in Eduction, Life skills and Personal Development
7We facilitate accessing points of interest eg Flamingo land, Blackpool, Thorpe park , Legoland etc these are tailored with individual needs of our young people.
